Ltd. has been incorporated under the Companies Act 1967, on and from 05 Mar 2024, and is an EXEMPT PRIVATE COMPANY LIMITED BY SHARES, with the main objective to carry out the ship management, Ship operations and Ship manning (crewing) related activities, for various cargo and offshore ships on behalf of ship owners. Company intends to provide other ancillary services which includes Ship Surveys and Inspections.
